Size Guide

Size Guide

When selecting a sculpture size, the displayed measurement typically refers to the sculpture's largest overall dimension—whether height, width, or depth.

For complete dimensional details, accurate measurements will be clearly provided in the corresponding CAD drawings, technical specifications, or 3D renderings before production. This allows you to fully evaluate the sculpture's scale, proportions, and suitability for your intended space.

All sculpture dimensions are presented in the following format:

Width × Height × Depth (W × H × D)

Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing Process

01. Framework Layout And Forming

Every custom sculpture begins with precision planning. We first lay out the internal support framework according to your design specifications, ensuring the perfect symmetry, structural stability, and accurate proportions of your artwork. This step forms the backbone of the entire piece, setting the foundation for a flawless build.

02. Stainless Steel Forging

Our skilled artisans hand-forge premium-grade stainless steel plates into shape. Using heat and pressure, we transform flat sheets into the flowing curves and complex forms that define your sculpture, ensuring every detail aligns with your creative vision.

03. Stainless Steel Welding

Once formed, the components are expertly welded together. Our precision welding techniques create strong, seamless joints that ensure structural integrity while maintaining a clean, invisible line for a polished final appearance.

04. Precision Polishing And Final Shaping

The final stage brings your sculpture to life. We refine every surface, smoothing seams and imperfections before applying a high-precision polish. This step delivers the iconic mirror-like finish of stainless steel, revealing the sculpture’s full beauty and ensuring it is ready for display.

FAQ

Can the size, finish, and design be customized?

Yes. The sculpture can be customized in size, proportion, surface finish, and installation method. Available finishes include mirror-polished, brushed, colored, and custom treatments. Our team will provide drawings or 3D renderings for your approval before production begins.

Will the stainless steel finish change or rust over time?

With proper material selection and maintenance, stainless steel offers excellent long-term corrosion resistance. However, surface deposits, salt, pollution, or contact with iron particles may cause staining. Regular cleaning helps preserve the sculpture’s original appearance, especially in coastal or industrial environments.

How should I clean and maintain a stainless steel sculpture?

Clean the surface periodically with fresh water and a soft cloth. For fingerprints or light marks, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and wipe in the direction of the grain on brushed finishes. Avoid steel wool, harsh chemicals, and abrasive tools. Outdoor sculptures, especially those near the coast, may require more frequent cleaning.
