Payment Methods

Origin Sculpture accepts secure online payments through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Depending on your location, device, order value, account eligibility, and other payment-provider requirements, available payment methods may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • Shop Pay
  • Shop Pay Installments for eligible customers
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

The payment methods available for your order will be displayed at checkout. Not every payment method is available for every customer, order, product, or location.

Payments are securely processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or the applicable payment provider. Origin Sculpture does not directly collect or store your complete card number, PayPal password, digital-wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment authentication information.

Paying for an Online Order

For sculptures with a confirmed online price:

  1. Add the sculpture and selected options to your cart.
  2. Review the product, size, finish, quantity, delivery information, and total price.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Select one of the payment methods available to you.
  5. Review and authorize the transaction.
  6. Return to the Origin Sculpture website to view your order confirmation.

Please confirm that the product specifications, delivery information, and total amount are correct before completing payment.

For orders eligible for direct online checkout, applicable product charges, available shipping charges, discounts, and taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment is completed.

Custom, oversized, or international orders may require a separate shipping quotation.

Credit and Debit Cards

Origin Sculpture currently accepts the following major cards through Shopify Payments:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club

Card availability may vary depending on your location, card issuer, and checkout configuration. Your bank or card issuer may require additional identity verification before approving the transaction.

A temporary authorization or pending charge may appear while your payment is being processed. Final approval is determined by your card issuer and the applicable payment provider.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay provides an accelerated checkout experience for eligible customers using saved payment and delivery information.

When Shop Pay is available, you may be asked to verify your identity by email, text message, or another authentication method before completing the purchase.

Use of Shop Pay is subject to Shopify’s applicable terms, eligibility requirements, and privacy practices.

Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers may be offered Shop Pay Installments for qualifying orders.

Availability, approval, payment schedules, interest, financing charges, and other terms are determined by the applicable financing provider. All available installment options and applicable terms will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Not every customer, order, product, or location will qualify. Origin Sculpture cannot guarantee approval or manually change the installment options offered to a customer.

Please review all financing disclosures and repayment terms before accepting an installment plan.

Shop Pay Installments may not be available for custom quotations, manually issued invoices, international orders, or orders outside the provider’s eligibility requirements.

Digital Wallets

Eligible customers may be able to complete payment using:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

Availability depends on your location, device, browser, account status, and the payment information saved with the applicable provider.

When using a digital wallet, you may be redirected to the provider or shown a secure payment window to review and authorize the transaction.

Payment for Custom Sculpture Projects

Custom, made-to-order, and large-scale sculpture projects may require a project-specific quotation. Final pricing may depend on:

  • Material
  • Dimensions
  • Design complexity
  • Surface finish or patina
  • Base or pedestal requirements
  • Internal structure and engineering requirements
  • Lighting, fountain, or rotating components
  • Packaging
  • Delivery destination
  • Installation requirements, when applicable

After reviewing your project requirements, Origin Sculpture will provide a written quotation outlining the project price, payment schedule, and applicable terms.

If you accept the quotation, we will provide a secure invoice, payment request, or checkout link. The payment methods available for the custom project will be stated in the quotation or displayed when you open the secure payment page.

Larger custom projects may require an initial deposit and one or more balance payments based on agreed project milestones.

Production begins only after:

  • The required initial payment has been received;
  • The project specifications have been confirmed; and
  • The applicable drawing, rendering, or 3D design has received final approval.

Changes requested after quotation acceptance or design approval may result in additional charges and a revised production schedule. Any additional charge will be communicated for approval before payment is collected.

Only use invoices, checkout links, and payment instructions provided through the Origin Sculpture website or an official email address ending in @originsculpture.com.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful online payment, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

Please review:

  • Customer and delivery information
  • Product and selected options
  • Dimensions and finish
  • Quantity
  • Amount paid
  • Remaining balance, if applicable
  • Applicable next steps

A receipt from Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another payment provider confirms the payment transaction. An Origin Sculpture order confirmation confirms that we have received your order.

Custom and made-to-order sculptures may still require specification and drawing approval before production begins.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

Payment Authorization and Order Review

Payment authorization does not constitute final approval of incomplete or technically unconfirmed custom specifications.

If an order contains incomplete, inconsistent, or technically unsuitable specifications, Origin Sculpture may contact you to confirm the required details before production begins.

If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, any applicable cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If Your Payment Is Unsuccessful

If your payment cannot be completed:

  • Confirm that your billing and payment information are correct;
  • Confirm that sufficient funds or credit are available;
  • Check whether your bank or payment provider requires additional verification;
  • Confirm that the billing address matches the information held by your financial institution;
  • Try the checkout again using another supported browser or device;
  • Select another payment method displayed at checkout; or
  • Contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or the applicable payment provider.

For security reasons, Origin Sculpture might not be able to see the specific reason a bank or payment provider declined a transaction.

If the issue continues, contact us at info@originsculpture.com and provide your name, order number or quotation number, and a brief description of the issue.

Do not send your password, complete card number, card security code, verification code, digital-wallet credentials, or other sensitive payment information by email.

Currency and Provider Charges

The applicable transaction currency and total order amount will be displayed before payment is completed.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital-wallet provider, or financing provider may apply:

  • Currency-conversion fees
  • International transaction fees
  • Financing charges or interest
  • Other provider-specific fees

These charges are determined by the applicable provider and are not controlled by Origin Sculpture.

Product prices, shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable costs are handled according to the order, accepted quotation, and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees might not be collected during checkout and may be payable separately by the recipient, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Discount Codes

Eligible discount codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.

Please confirm that the discount appears in the order summary before authorizing payment. Eligibility, expiration dates, exclusions, and combination rules are subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed. Custom quotations may not qualify for additional discounts unless confirmed in writing by Origin Sculpture.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Where possible, an approved refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on Shopify Payments, PayPal, the applicable wallet or financing provider, and the customer’s financial institution.

Refunds for purchases made through Shop Pay Installments are subject to the financing provider’s terms. Certain financing charges or interest may not be refundable.

Custom and made-to-order sculptures may be subject to different cancellation and refund conditions after design, material procurement, or production work has begun.

Payment Security

Origin Sculpture will never ask you to provide the following by email:

  • Your complete credit or debit card number
  • Your card security code
  • Your PayPal password
  • Your Shop Pay verification code
  • Your Apple Pay or Google Pay credentials
  • Your online banking password

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to represent Origin Sculpture, do not complete the transaction. Contact us directly using the contact information published on our website.
