Shipping policy

This policy outlines our production timelines, shipping arrangements, delivery services, and important information related to receiving your sculpture.

All Origin Sculpture artworks are handcrafted to order and professionally packaged for safe transportation.

1. Production and Delivery Timeline

Standard Service

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

• Handling Time — Production and Processing: 25–40 business days
• Transit Time — Standard Shipping and Delivery: 20–30 business days
• Estimated Total Lead Time: 45–70 business days

The handling period begins on the next business day after the order and required payment have been received. It includes confirmation of project specifications, final drawing review and approval, production, quality inspection, and packaging.

Orders received after 5:00 PM PT are processed from the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable production, carrier, and public holidays.

The estimated timeframe assumes timely customer approval and receipt of all required project information. Customer-requested changes, delayed approval, or incomplete information may pause the handling timeline until the required confirmation is received.

The 45–70 business-day timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless a specific date is expressly confirmed by Origin Sculpture in writing.

Expedited Service

Expedited production or shipping may be available for selected small or medium-sized sculptures and eligible projects upon request.

Additional charges apply. Availability and pricing depend on the sculpture’s size, material, complexity, production schedule, and delivery destination.

Large-scale, highly customized, stone, or complex sculptures may not qualify for expedited service. Expedited service is not confirmed until Origin Sculpture provides written approval and the applicable charge has been accepted before payment.

2. Final Approval Before Shipment

Before shipment, Origin Sculpture will provide photographs and/or videos of the completed sculpture for final review.

Shipping arrangements will begin after final approval has been received and any outstanding payment requirements have been completed.

Customer-requested changes made after production or final approval may result in additional charges and a revised delivery schedule. Any applicable charges will be disclosed and approved before the additional work begins.

3. Shipping Areas and Costs

Standard shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States is included in the listed product price. No additional standard shipping charge will be added at checkout for eligible destinations.

Additional charges may apply to:

• Alaska;
• Hawaii;
• Puerto Rico;
• U.S. territories;
• Remote or limited-access locations;
• International destinations;
• Expedited service;
• White-glove delivery; or
• Other specialized delivery requirements.

If an address requires a remote-area surcharge, limited-access service, specialized equipment, or another non-standard service, the applicable charge will be disclosed and accepted before the order is placed or payment is completed.

International shipping is available to eligible destinations and is quoted individually. The confirmed quotation will separately identify the freight services, customs-clearance services, duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, inspection fees, or destination charges not expressly included in the confirmed quotation are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Secure Packaging

Every sculpture undergoes a quality inspection before shipment.

The sculpture is wrapped with appropriate protective and shock-absorbing materials and secured inside a custom-built wooden crate designed according to its material, dimensions, weight, shape, and finish.

Packaging is intended to reduce the risk of damage during normal transportation. Customers should retain the crate and all packaging materials until the sculpture has been fully inspected and any potential shipping issue has been resolved.

5. Delivery Services

Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only. Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate personnel and equipment for unloading, moving, unpacking, placement, assembly, and final installation.

Standard curbside delivery does not include:

• Uncrating or unpacking;
• Indoor delivery;
• Final placement;
• Forklift, crane, or rigging services;
• Assembly or installation;
• Electrical or plumbing work; or
• Packaging removal.

White-glove delivery may be available for selected projects as an optional premium service. Depending on the project and destination, it may include room-of-choice placement, unpacking assistance, and removal of standard packaging materials.

The exact service scope, availability, and price will be disclosed and confirmed before payment. Oversized sculptures and locations with restricted access may require additional arrangements.

6. Receiving Your Sculpture

Please inspect the exterior of the crate and packaging before signing the Proof of Delivery or delivery receipt.

If visible damage is present:

• Photograph or record all sides of the crate;
• Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt;
• Ask the carrier to acknowledge the damage; and
• Contact Origin Sculpture promptly.

After delivery, carefully open the crate and inspect the complete sculpture. If concealed damage is discovered, contact us within three business days and provide:

• The order number;
• A copy or photograph of the delivery receipt;
• Photographs of the crate and internal packaging;
• Photographs or videos of the complete sculpture; and
• Close-up images of the affected area.

Please retain the sculpture, crate, packaging materials, shipping labels, and delivery documents until the issue has been reviewed. Do not repair, refinish, install, or return a damaged sculpture without written instructions from Origin Sculpture.

Failure to report damage promptly or retain the original packaging may affect our ability to pursue a carrier or insurance claim. This requirement does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been collected or entered into the carrier’s tracking system.
